Hi :-)
Anims are time consuming
Yes, they are. They involve a lot of precise and repetitive *busy work* sorts of tasks - i LOVE it. :)
but you bring up some interesting software
If the free version comes with 'front page'
- that is a great way of creating web sites
The earlier versions of front page where much
better for beginners and I have
gone back to a previous version of software
on a few occassions - new do not mean better.
Agreed. I now use the version of Front Page that runs with MS Office 97, not Office 2000... They have added too much frou-frou to the newer versions.
It is quite possible to creat DTP in a word processor such as open office
or PDF files (as I recently did) - it will even output web pages - that is HTML
- and probably much better than MS Word which theoretically outputs HTML
but the code is atrocious (only works on Internet Explorer - includes
MS junk coding)
MS Word HTML is worse than atrocious - you are too kind about it.

Yes, what is up with that? It does not do the "skipping" at all when i run it on my system locally... Seems related to the amount of time it takes to load the second screen in CurlChat... Was surprised to hear it skip this morning and would like to resolve that... but cannot replicate the problem when running locally at all... Odd.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
love and peace,
