OK, the Yogini computer it will have to be then! My work is cut out for me this weekend, as she has not been able to connect to the internet in a couple of months now...
This time i will sweet talk her and cajole her... perhaps the mere idea of once again running ActiveWorlds will be enticing enough for her!

Thanks. And i think it's probably smart to do a cold boot after the uninstall before trying a fresh download. That would let Windows purge the registry first, i think.
