I thought of your Apple XP computer today, Lob, when i booted up Lizzie's laptop to try and get dsl working...
There, in the bottom left corner of her XP screen where it should have said Start, was a pretty Apple icon... And the wallpaper was that lovely translucent blue Apple swirly screen.
That's a real mind-warp, having her Dell XP look exactly like a Mac!
Should we call it Windows OS X?
And a tech question. Last night i launched hotmail on FireFox and received many warnings about invalid site certificates for hotmail.com. The messages were telling me that there was an unexpected redirection in process, perhaps to capture passwords.
Has anyone else experienced redirects with hotmail using FireFox?
Oh, and Happy Thanksgiving Day to everyone, American or not!
Today, the turkey was spared... i had fish with stuffing/lemon sauce and butternut squash and salad with Ken's SteakHouse dressing, and garlic potatoes and cranberry bread and a hot fudge sundae. mmmmm.
