Hi Friends -
 
Have just had our first experience with Dell and a warranty repair on the laptop.
 
One of the keys snapped off - the one with the < and ,.
 
Lizzie, owner of said laptop, called Dell tech support. Within a couple of days they mailed her a replacement laptop, free of charge.
 
Yesterday, she removed the old keyboard from the laptop and installed the new one, all by herself.
 
So easy, even a child could do it.
