This is with the laptop running Win 98 SE... It worked fine on aol via dailup from my home Wednesday morning at 9:30am and then 5 1/2 hours later using aol dialup from new abode starting flaking out... But uninstalling and reinstalling sounds good... Wondering if maybe the movers might have dropped the laptop - it was in it's padded case and i kept it set aside so they would not move it and i could take with me, but they moved it anyway... and hey! they moved my shoes, too. LOL This has been an adventure with some good fun! Thanks for the suggestions. love and peace, joyce > > > Lob > > __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam?
