One thing I would recommend is that information is added to each image description page about where the image is from, and what licence it can be used under. Wikicities:Wikicities copyrights page explains that images need to be freely reusable. I wasn't sure if there was a central page on the wiki to post this advice, so I'll leave it with you to pass on. Your admin powers should be working normally again, so you can delete pages and so on. Sorry if you noticed any irregularities with this over the past couple of days.
