Thanks ts,

not that I am aware of (as such)

One solution would be to have your own virtual wikimedia server
and post to that

Angela is the one to ask - or Jimbo Wales
(owner of wkicities)
if she is unavailable

See you next year - Happy New Year

I am going to tell you how wikis will develop

1. More Wsywig features as in a WP
- code view or just a simple on line set of tools options

- you can see this on bloki

2. Peer 2 peer wikis
ie NO SERVERS required
(not aware of these yet)
basically the wiki is held in cache on every system that wishes to hold parts
or even all of it
for example wikipedia (all of it is probably only on 2 CD's max - or under two
meg)
the smallest hard drives you can buy are now 40 000 meg (40 gig)

p2p (especially bittorrent) is massive
it needs broadband and involves massive piracy of copyright material
(that is music, films and software)

BUT ALSO is the future - there is no future in copyright

- our systems will be servers or nodes
recently in US the media industry closed down
some of the bittorrent servers
(power and control guys)
but 30% of Internet traffic is bittorrent - it just moves

Lob
