You should assume that essentially all devices with more than one possible interface are possible routers. So my HTC G2 has four interfaces: wifi, 3G, Bluetooth PAN, and USB-ethernet. Note that just because my 3G is up and alive, and can be used by my phone, doesn't mean that the purpose of it participating in the routing is to provide *Internet* to the rest of the house. It might only be talking to my house network to get across it so that it can turn activate a light switch... -- ] He who is tired of Weird Al is tired of life! | firewalls [ ] Michael Richardson, Sandelman Software Works, Ottawa, ON |net architect[ ] [email protected] http://www.sandelman.ottawa.on.ca/ |device driver[ Kyoto Plus: watch the video <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzx1ycLXQSE> then sign the petition. _______________________________________________ homenet mailing list [email protected] https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/homenet
