   "ULA-Central") space available at very minimal cost to Enterprises.

3) ULAs across sites would piss me, and anyone else off who had to debug.
   You need reverse DNS and whois in a big enterprise.  The proliferation
   and confusion as a result of RFC1918 in enterprises proves this.

So, maybe we can push back here at 6man, and suggest that section 4.7 of 4193
should be deprecated.
