I don't think another draft in this space hurts as such. It describes another 
example of using source routing. It seems pretty likely, and it is already in 
the arch text, that this capability is highly desirable to solve the exit 
selection problem.

Can you remind me - what method did Markus' source routing implementation that 
was successfully demonstrated at IETF85 use?
