Yes.
How ? Through configuration ? Don't understand the question.
Problems:
a) IPv6 incapable clients:
2 IP printers
1 printer-adapter for non-IP printer
1 surveillance camera
2 SIP phones with 10 handsets
1 SIP adapter (for FAX)
2 wireless SCCP phones
4 IPv6 capable wired SIP phones without IPv6 capable provider
1 PVR
1 Place shifter
1 Terminal Server
6 squeezeboxes
5 remote power switches
1 MacOS 7 system
1 AV receiver
2 Panasonic Smart-TV sets
1 thin client (server side not enabled for IPv6)
1 toaster (ok, just kidding)
thats about 70% of my clients, the IPv6 capable rest are all linux servers,
windows/mac/android clients and RPI as tv clients, but only partial use
of IPv6 primarily due to naming/routing issues:
Outside IPv6 connectibity challenge:
1 VPN provider with IPv6 stability issues
2 ISPs where i haven't found time to walk though their IPv6 registration
procedures yet.
Host stack problems:
"IPv6 preferred over IPv4" makes it hard to decide enabling IPv6 at all when
you have challenged IPv6 internet connectivity. Otherwise i'd have enabled a lot
more IPv6 for just in-home IPv6 on IPv6 capable system.s
Naming: Lacking ease-of-use for automatic DNS name registration for clients.
(at least i haven't figured out how to set something up that automates this).

No. Can't change addressing for VPN segments anyhow, and for
non-VPN segments, additional in-home routing just makes a lot of
the IPv4-only client/server solutions a pain because they just have link
local service discovery. Short term the use-case priority for inter-home routing
is higher than in-home routing for me.

No. on my list though.

Yes. about 25 clients.

Yes. About 15 clients.
I try to stay as far away from range extenders as i can.
Had enough trouble trying to help friends set them up as good as possible.

Now - maybe 55 ?
5 years: 60 ? Could double if i would decide on an IP connected
home control technology - none deployed yet.

Homeplug.
3G Phone with tethering as backup (non IPv6 capable AFAIK)

No. But top of my todo list.

The above is all just IPv6 in my production home networks, not
stuff in labs i work on. Up to now IPv6 in that home network was mostly hobby,
so i could not invest a lot of time into it. Pretty much just starting to
plan deploying the actual IETF homenet specific software now (eg: just ordered
router for openwrt this week only).
Cheers
