Francesca,

The base Honeywall OS is Fedora Core, so you can add which ever packages
you want using the standard yum tools to handle the dependencies. I've
tested a Java app on a honeywall before, and it worked. As to whether
that is advisable or not, it really depends on your particular
configuration and requirements.
