This happened to me, when my roo honeywall wasn't configured properly. Make sure your External and Internal interfaces are setup correctly.

Another issue that I had was with roo 1.2 not logging anything after going live. I remedied that issue with roo 1.1. Which worked great.

Another way to make sure that your roo is logging is open up snort separately and sniff for packets. See if you see any attempts.
