The Tripwire config we include with roo-1.3 is the same one we ran on roo-1.2. Since the OS's are different (FC6 vs CentOS 5.0) I am not surprised there are some differences. If you verified your downloaded ISO and you are sure it hasn't been tampered with it should be safe to exclude them from future checks. Since this is my slack I'll put a ticket in and get it fixed.
