Not for the console. The console uses the standard linux passwd mechanism. Only the web UI has its passwords in the db. This is very strange. Did you by any chance have the management interface exposed to the internet?

You could boot the honeywall into single user mode and change the password once you get a prompt if you have physical access to the system.
