Yes, i was about to point that out. Im having the same problem:

sebek-lin26-3.2.0b-bin$ cat sbk_install.sh | grep TESTING
#----- TESTING:
TESTING=1
                             ${TESTING_PARM}=${TESTING}\
$ sudo ./sbk_install.sh

$Installing Sebek:
0 1:8960:::::::::14:1775
1 2:36864::::::::::
2 0:8960:::::::::14:1131
$  hplaser7l.ko installed successfully
sebek-lin26-3.2.0b-bin$ lsmod | grep sbk
sbk                    26992  0
sebek-lin26-3.2.0b-bin$ lsmod | grep hplaser

$ cat sbk_install.sh | grep TESTING

TESTING=0
