It could be at least one piece of hardware isn't supported. That is one of the drawbacks to Honeywall in its current iteration -- newer tech has issues with it. Since the message mentions the irqstacks, it could be that some hardware is initializing and then making the O/S puke. I'd look at your logs around the time that this error occurs to see if you get any other hardware messages that could explain it. Also, since the error occurs on CPU3, this could mean that Honeywall does not support quad core -- only dual core. So, it loads the first two cores, sees the third and then gaks.
