http://www-sop.inria.fr/members/Manuel.Serrano was hard to find but led me to
ftp://ftp-sop.inria.fr/indes/fp/Bigloo and
ftp://ftp-sop.inria.fr/indes/fp/Hop
which got me the downloads I want
except the HipHop link is gone.
