Collect money & pay the royalties first of all (!!!), - the most important action - finance the recordings (orchestra, soloist, CONDUCTOR, hall, engineers, pressing), find a distributor (label), who is willing to account sales like rain droppings in the Taklamakan or Gobi desert, find a place to store the unsold CDs. - Or pirate copy from recording tapes & burn the CDs on demand.
