I don't know how far back "recent" goes for you but the early 90's
Benjamin Lees Concerto premiered by William Caballero and the
Pittsburgh Symphony is recorded and available from Ken Pope,
Arkivmusic, and most classical CD shops I'll bet.

This is a great report; too bad there are no (known) plans for
   recording
new horn concerti. I am still wondering what other recent horn concerts
actually have been recorded? My last post about this sited only two.

Just an update, I have checked with the relevant?orchestras and was
   informed that
there are no plans at present for the commissioning orchestras to
   record
   or release
concert recordings of the following horn concertos: Carter (Boston),
   Adler
(Houston), and Jones (Seattle). The contact at Chicago (Williams
   Concerto) is
   checking, but nothing definitive yet.?
