Hi Everyone,

I have been using the rotory valve oil made by MusiChem for the past few years.
It's the best oil I've ever used. And it has a very special additive that gives
protection against corrosion.

Unfortunately, this small company based in San Diego, California has never
attained a wide distribution network. And their problem with bottle caps
causing leaks on shipments overseas, led to considerable disintegration of
their already limited customer distribution.

Yesterday, I found out this company is in desparate need of "a rescue". There
was no secretary to help with my phone order-but the one who ended up taking my
order for a dozen bottles, was unsure of his/the company's future. It sounds
like they might be selling the company or just going out of business-I don't
think they know for sure yet.

I know this is probably not the only sad going-out-of-business-story you may
have heard in recent months, but I felt a burden to share it with you here.
Perhaps someone will come forward with a brainstorm...or Yamaha or some other
large music company will obtain Musichem's special oil formulas...and sit on
the formulas until it's deemed "cost effective" to change or add to their own
line of oils.
