There has been plenty of talk about audio gear. I would like to hear opinions on good basic digital video recorders that are natively compatible with mac (byebye JVC). I tend to use my own audio gear so am mostly interested in decent picture quality, durability, ease of use, maybe the ability to review on camera with headphones... That said if there is a particular consumer camera that has great audio quality I would be interested in that too!
