I have not tried the natural horns, but have played some other
instruments of them. Their "Wagner tuba" is a horn leadpipe and valve
block slapped onto a German oval baritone, and plays as you would
expect from such a frankenhorn. It's tremendous fun to play, but don't
expect to use it in a Bruckner symphony.
I assume that their natural horn is a similar combination of standard
parts they had lying around. You'll probably get what you pay for. For
$ 500, don't expect a fine Raoux copy.
