Mr. Pizka, you beat me to it. I thought it was Claude too (I'm an ex-student as well) but was still trying to find 100% confirmation. For anyone wondering about the high price of the dissertation: Jeroen is selling these with an absolute minimal markup, the price is purely a result of the quality and quantity of the publication. It is indeed well worth trying to get a hold of it. If you can't or won't buy it, try a library. Several US universities have bought a copy.
