What's the big deal about a non-transposing stop mute? Just transpose, 
already! It's good for the brain, your self confidence, and self esteem. 
Besides, what about all those times some unenlightened composer (and you 
know who they are) writes a stop note in the middle of a sequence of 
open notes? You use the hand....and as far as I know, nobody is 
marketing a non-transposing hand.
