As I am in the process of composing a duet for violin and tuba for Kenyon and
Marcy Wilson for a premiere at the Southeast Regional Tuba Euphonium Conference
in March 2011, I am amazed at the number of duets (over 30) I have arranged and
composed over the years. Some of these duets are for standard combinations but
many are for unusual combinations, like the one I am composing now.

It got me thinking that there are probably many other musicians who are looking
for duets for unusual combinations and are having trouble finding them. Thanks
to software programs, I can easily adapt many of my duets for almost any
instrumental combination with only minor adjustments and make them available to
the public through my website.

If you are interested in having me adapt an existing duet for your instrumental
combination, just send me an email, preferably using the “Contact Us” link on
my website, and I’ll work on it as soon as I can.

My duets range in difficulty from elementary to advanced. I hope this service
is of use to members of this group.
