Same here.  A CD is of interest to me only until I've ripped its 
contents to my multimedia server.  After that, it goes in a box 
upstairs--as a backup to the version I actually use.

If I can avoid the CD entirely, and just buy the MP3s, it would save me 
time, trouble and storage space.
