Composer, educator, and author Sy Brandon, who was recently commissioned by the
Arizona Commission on the Arts to compose a band/orchestra composition to
celebrate the upcoming Arizona Centennial, will be attending premieres and
doing residencies in the Mid-south and Southeast during February and March
2011. He has a few dates open where he can present residency activities for
your school or organization. He can do presentations on a variety of subjects.
It would also be nice if a performance of at least one of his compositions
could be arranged as well. PDF files of music you wish to perform during the
residency will be sent complimentary.

Here is the schedule as it now stands:

2/13-15 - Kansas State University - Manhattan, Kansas

2/16-21 - open

2/22 - 27 - Little Rock Concert Band and Univ. of Arkansas, Little Rock (some
dates between 2/23 and 2/26 may be open to nearby locations)

2/28 - 3/9 - open

3/10 - 12 - Southeast Regional Tuba/Euphonium Conference, Chattanooga, TN

3/13 - driving back west to Arizona - Could do a residency on the way home.
