See if you can get the Webern book via inter-library loan (ILL). Sometimes this costs, and sometimes it doesn't. They should tell you up front, and how much. ILL is one of the great inventions of man.
I once took a course a large part of which was spent analyzing Webern's music. I would urge you to have a try at analyzing it yourself. His music is built better than the proverbial brick porta-potty, something that I think will come through as clearly from a book as from communing with the score. HTH.
