I want to share with you the information for Bill Capps' memorial service, which has been scheduled for this weekend. Below is what I received this afternoon from our administration. I thought some of you would want to know, even if on such short notice. Michelle Stebleton We have received a call from Jon Mark Capps inviting the College and friends to a Memorial Service and Concert for Dr. William Capps, Professor Emeritus, this Saturday, January 8, 3:00 pm, at Faith Presbyterian Church (located at the corner of Meridian and John Knox Roads). Bill served the College of Music as Professor of Horn from 1969 until his retirement in 2004. He passed away from complications with cancer on August 9, 2010.
