If you send a post to the horn list and get an error message saying something 
to the effect that your message to [email protected] was undeliverable 
because the user could not be found, please ignore it. Your post WILL go 
through, and there's no need to resend it. For some as yet unknown reason, one 
of our incoming servers has decided that messages to the horn list should be 
duplicated and sent both to the Mailman list server as well as to a local user. 
What you are getting in return is the result of that attempt to send a copy of 
the email to the non-existent local user horn. The email system administrators 
are aware of the issue and trying to find and fix its cause. Just one of 
several servers is doing this, so not all posts to the list will cause an error 
message.
