The literature for WW quintet is huge, you may get several suggestions but still miss most possibilities. By the way, I'm trying to establish a similar group right now, and what we are doing for the moment is to read as much music as we can (quintet n.3 by Cambini, which we read in the last rehearsal, is specially nice in my opinion).
