My personal favorite is theanine.  Some people like kava kava, but it
interferes with some medications, can make some people sleepy & isn't
so good for the liver if used on a regular basis.  I have a friend who
has gotten great results from tyrosine (an amino acid, not an herb).
I tried tyrosine & it made me jittery.  We're all different.  Only
trial & error will determine if it helps you.  I'd recommend Dr.
Sahelian's website for reliable information on dietary supplements, as
he specializes in using dietary supplements.
