There is very good arrangement of the Barber of Seville Overture (Sinfonia, actually) by Truman Harris. It's published by the "Capitol Woodwind Quintet Series". Don't know how you would find it these days; I've had my copy for many years. But it's well done and worth the effort.
Someone mentioned the Holcombe arrangements. They are usually pretty good; so if they've done one, I would look into it. I would especially recommend their arrangement of Carmen. It's called "Carmen Fantasy", I think. It's a medley of all the favorite tunes from the opera. It is really spectacular. Our quintet has performed that piece dozens of times and it never fails to be a hit. Whatever you come up with, you might report back to the list. Always on the lookout for the next good chart!!
