It is the age. As the one patient told his doctor: "I feel, I have lost much 
power, doc !" - "How does this manifest ?" - "I feel drunk after just half a 
bottle of wine !" - "And earlier ? How was it, Mr. ..... ?" - "I could drink 
bottle after bottle & drive home still, feeling ready to fight the strongest 
enemy, even policemen !".
