Hi William:

As a Schmid dealer, I have sold the full triple in both the high f and high
eb versions. About a year ago, I provided a compensating high eb triple to
a Dallas Symphony player, who wanted it for chamber music use.

He has since decided that it doesn't fit his playing style. Due to the many
compromises involved with the design of this type of horn - specifically the
resistance on the low F side - he has chosen to buy another full triple.

I will be happy to do a weight comparison: both between the different
Engelbert Schmid models and other popular horns, but I won't have that ready
until sometime next week.
