Yes, I do. I couldn't trill to save my life while in college despite daily practice of every c-d-c-d-c-d etc. drill known to man. Then one day a fellow (trumpet) student mentioned in passing that she moved her tongue like whistling a trill. I tried it and had a clear trill within a few days.
