I love ArkivMusic and particularly their policy of pressing out of print
material at very reasonable prices. The guy who runs it, Jon Feidner is
an ex-horn player and has told me he has makes point of making sure that
all the Bauamann, Tuckwell, Brain recordings (among many others) are
available through them. Nevertheless, if you want a real bargain, go to
the Berkshire Record outlet <www.berkshirerecordoutlet.com> and you will
find:

There is a minimum order of $15 (including postage), but if you search
the catalog for "horn" or "brain" or "whatever" (no, not literally) you
will probably be pleasantly surprised at what you find, mostly under $6
(some under $2) or you could just order the ARTONE 4 CD Kleiber set for
$9.96 that has a Berlin Phil Til Eulenspiegel from the early 1930s that
I assume is worth a listen to and you will have made the cut.
