If you are using Outlook Express and don't want to be bothered with this topic. Go to the "Message" menu and select "Create Rule from Message" then in block one select the second block in under 1. that says "where the subject lines contains" (note when you do this make sure the block above it is unchecked, Microsoft seems to want to check that block for you). Go now to #2 and check the block "delete it." When you do that you will see in #3 the following indicated as a hyperlink contains specific words click on this link and insert the text "NHR Europeans" then click "add." In #4 you can leave the rule named as is or give it a name you like. Then click OK.
Outlook Express should move all offending messages to your deleted folder.
