I'm never sure what to believe anymore. The story I heard on the news this morning was that the CIA had informed Bush that Saddam would be in a certaiin place for several hours, so he ordered a cruise missile to be launched in that direction in the hopes of killing him. It missed, of course, merely taking out a few bystanders. Oh, well...
