My question was more to the point of 'professionalism' compared to 'artistic quality', and how to distinguish and respect the two. Most everyone recognizes professionalism when they see it, but artistic quality is certainly in the eye of the beholder. Somehow, I know it's wrong to slander art that someone puts forth in good faith, and is accepted as art by faithful followers. I do it, most do it, but there has to be a better way. _______________________________________________ post: [EMAIL PROTECTED] set your options at http://music.memphis.edu/mailman/options/horn/archive%40jab.org
