Sorry, to disappoint you: Hotel Ekelhaft is the main prison in Vienna just surpassed by the "Big Haefn" and "Stoahof" in the suburbs, where the worst subjects are closed away. There is a similar hotel in Cologne named "Klingelpuetz". It is best known in the city. If you arrive there, every kid including the many turcs can point you the way.
