If anyone is interested, check out the interview I did with the BBC that will be
broadcast Tuesday, starting Tuesday, Februrary 24th 9:30 am. My book will be the
topic and it does talk about mental states of players when they play including those
of Adolph "Bud" Herseth, Arnold Jacobs, and William Scarlett of the Chicago Symphony
Brass Section in the glory days. Arnold Jacobs always included Dale Clevenger in this
same group.. Maybe the information will be helpful to you in some way.

I talked to Dale Clevenger about some of the concepts in this book yesterday. There
is a composite case study of a horn player in there as well as others. There are
examples of stagefright and those who do not have any stagefright whatsoever.
