I have mine soldered on, but you can also use super glue. My only experience with epoxy was when the thumb broke off my Seargent Slaughter Gi Joe, and we just epoxied it back on with my favorite gun in his hand, permamently turning his hand into a plastic blob with a gun. I think it might make the keys a little uneven if you are not careful.
Superglue is another option. My teacher from high school had liberty dimes glued onto her 1949 8D with no problem. I would surmise that they would be easier to remove with super glue... One my 668V, I had dimes soldered on, and when they were removed there was no residue, or any bits of solder or otherwise on there. You could probably do it with any of the propane torches you have laying around your house.
