I sure am not "mute" when it comes to expressing myself...anyone that truly knows me, can attest to the fact that I am quite vocal when rendering an opinion, thus I did answer sans sordino about John's sordino...
To answer your question, no I am not from the home of Jeb Bush and his hanging chads...I am from Warren Michigan, where we still use totally worn out 1950's vintage voting machines! No problem with hanging chads, only machines too worn out to register votes.
