What the heck is "politically correct" about horns made of certain alloys but not others?

In this case, it means playing a horn that looks like the others in a particular section.
Is this the same 28D that already has been the object of several fraudulent eBay auctions? The seller is a new member as of today, and it's a private auction so bidders can't be warned if it is a fraud.
