There is a polite request near the beginning of each issue asking the 
writer please to select only the phrase he/she has in mind when writing a post.

Today's Issue 15 of Volume 18 was especially annoying in that several 
writers chose to incorporate the entire issue in their posting.

Please, I beg of you, cease and desist!!
