I believe that this is a Hofmeister publication.  You might check on
availability with Thompson Edition or Sheet Music Service of Portland. 
Both are very good at getting hard to access foreign publications.  I
have found Thompson particularly fast and very easy to work with.

I recorded this delightful work several years back.  For those that
don't know this piece, it is quite fun and challenging.  Though not
'jazzy' per se, it is more commercial in sound and approach.  It is
something that audiences like and it certainly has enough musical and
technical elements to keep the artist satisfied.
