Open to ages 14-25, The Interlochen Horn Institute is a great opportunity for horn players to spend a week of intensive study in all things horn.

Where: The Interlochen Center for the Arts
Faculty:
   •  Thomas Bacon, soloist and recording artist
   •  Douglas Campbell, Michigan State University, emeritus
   •  Ellen Campbell, Conservatory of Music, Univ. of Missouri-Kansas City
   •  Randall Faust, Western Illinois University
   •  Julie Schleif, Interlochen Arts Academy

Activities include:
   • Daily master classes.
   • Guided practice hours geared toward developing the right habits.
• Cooperative Group lessons allow students to learn from both the distinguished faculty and each other.
   • Dedicated individual practice time.
   • Rehearsals for small and large ensembles daily.
   • Performances by faculty members and participants.
