Music Director Vacancy The Capital City Brass Band, a 34 piece voluntary community ensemble based on the British Brass Band tradition, is in search of a new Conductor/Musical Director. The CCBB is a non-profit organization based in Lansing, Michigan. Candidates should bring a high level of musicianship and minimum of 3 years conducting experience. Brass band experience is desired, but not required. Duties will include (but are not limited to) scheduling, programming performances, directing bi-weekly rehearsals, and selecting material.
